• Unit 1 Downstairs - Sleeps 7 - Bedroom 1 has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 2 has 1 set of twin bunks and 1 twin bed. Living room has 2 full size futons and couch. $130/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Unit 2 Upstairs - Sleeps 7 - Bedroom 1 has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 2 has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top and a set of twin bunks. Living room has full size futon and reclining couch. $130/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --​​

• Cleaning Fee - $20.00 per unit

• This Property also has an extra Bath House/Laundry Room for use of all of our guests, as well as use of a washer and dryer.
