Total of 4 units with efficiency type rooms including (Living room/kitchen combination with private bath in each unit)

• Unit 1A - Sleeps 4 - Living room has full size futon and recliner. Bedroom has Full Bed and set of twin bunks.

• Unit 1B - Sleeps 5 - Living room has full size futon and twin bed. Bedroom has twin bed and a set of twin bunks.

• Unit 2A - Sleeps 4 - Is an upstairs unit. Living Room has full size futon and recliner. Bedroom has Full Bed and set of twin bunks.

• Unit 2B - Sleeps 5 - Is an upstairs unit. Living room has full size futon and set of twin bunks. Bedroom has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top.

• Adjoining Feature - The 2 units on each level have the adjoining feature, allowing for rental of an entire floor for the larger groups of ATV riders in need of lodging.

• This Property also has an extra Bath House/Laundry Room for use of all of our guests, as well as use of a washer and dryer.

• ROCKHOUSE LODGE RATES: Each 2-Room Unit rents for $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.**

• Cleaning Fee - $20.00 per unit

• PLEASE ADD TAXES OF 13% (7% WV SALES TAX + 6%  MOTEL TAX).

• ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
