Total of 6 units with efficiency type rooms including (Living room/kitchen combination with private bath in each unit)

• Unit 1 - Sleeps 6 - Set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. 2 separate twin beds and 2 full size futons. $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Unit 2 - Sleeps 6 - Set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. 2 separate twin beds and 2 full size futons. $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Unit 3 - Sleeps 3 - Set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. With 1 full size futon and recliner. $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Unit 4 - Sleeps 4 - Set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. 1 twin bed and 1 full size futon. $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Unit 5 - Sleeps 6 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 2 full size futons. $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Unit 6 - Sleeps 6 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 2 full size futons. $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• SMALL CABIN (12' x 18') sitting on the same property. Sleeps 3 $95/night for 2 Guests + $20 per person for each additional Guest.** --

• Cleaning Fee - $20.00 per unit

•  There is an on-site Washer and Dryer for use of all guests.

• An ATV Wash with Pressure Washer is setup behind THE DEPOT  for use of
  guests at either Lodge.

• PLEASE ADD TAXES OF 13% (7% WV SALES TAX + 6%  MOTEL TAX).
