and cold weather gear, expecting the worst, but hoping

THERE IS A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON ALL RESERVATIONS.
ROCKHOUSE LODGE RATES:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday--Each 2-Room Unit
rents for $60/night for 2 Guests + $10 per person for each
additional Guest.**
Thursday, Friday, Saturday--Each 2-Room Unit rents for
$70/night for 2 Guests + $10 per person for each additional
Guest.**
**CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER STAY AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
PLEASE ADD TAXES OF 8% (6% WV SALES TAX + 2% MOTEL
TAX).
THE DEPOT LODGE RATES:
The Larger Units #1, #2, #5, and #6 rent for $70/night every
night, for 2 guests + $10 for each additional guest.**
The two smaller units, #3 and #4, rent for $60/night every
night, for 2 guests + $10 for each additional guest.
The Cabin Rents for $50/night, (every night) for 2 guests, +
$10 for each additional guest.**
ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Check-in time is at 3 pm daily, but early or late check-in will
be arranged if possible.
Check-out time is 10 am daily. Guests wishing to check-out
then ride the Hatfield~McCoy Trail on the same day may park
their vehicle/trailer on our property while riding.
RESERVATIONS: Upon making a reservation, a deposit of 1/2
of the rental rate is due WITHIN 10 DAYS or the reservation
will be CANCELED.
Upon receiving the deposit, we will mail you a written
confirmation receipt, which also has LOCAL DIRECTIONS to
our place printed on the back of it.
PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
DATE ONLY--NOT AT CHECK-IN. SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT
TAKE CREDIT CARDS.
CANCELLATIONS: Once a unit or multiple units have been
confirmed, THE UNIT(S) ARE TAKEN OFF THE RENTAL
MARKET AND ARE HELD FOR YOU. YOU WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT FOR ALL UNITS
RESERVED FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
In order to receive a refund, the unit(s) must be canceled 30
days prior to your arrival date or the unit(s) must be
re-rented for the entire time period. If you cancel your
unit(s) with less than 30 days notice and the unit(s) are
re-rented, then the deposit will be refunded to you. Please
don't reserve "extra units" with the expectation of
canceling those you don't need upon arrival.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
WHEN CHECKING OUT--Please broom sweep the unit, wash
dirty dishes and leave in the dish strainer, take out all trash,
please turn-off lights, heater or AC, LEAVE THE ROOM KEY
IN THE ROOM and lock all windows and unit door behind
you. There is a $10 service fee for lost keys.
FURNISHINGS/SUPPLIES: Each unit comes equipped with a
small kitchen that includes refrigerator, microwave, double
bowl sink, coffeemaker, and all cooking utensils to serve a
maximum of 6 guests per unit. WE DO NOT HAVE A
STANDARD COOKSTOVE OR METAL POTS AND PANS.
LINEN/BATH SUPPLIES: We provide Linen/Blankets, BUT DO
NOT PROVIDE TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHES. An on-site
Washer/Dryer for use of Guests is located at each Lodge.
An on-site Barbecue Grill and Picnic Tables are available for
use of ALL Guests.
A Pressure Washer for guests at either of our buildings to
use to wash their ATV's is setup behind The Depot Lodge
(only 8 blocks from Rockhouse Lodge and on your way to or
from Rockhouse Trailhead).
PERMITS TO RIDE: Pick those up when you get here at the
local SEVEN ELEVEN(7-11). It is only a few blocks from
Rockhouse Lodge and across the street from The Depot
Lodge. They are open 24/7.
SECURITY: The Town of Man provides a 24 Hour Police
Patrol and as we enter our 6th year of operation, we have
had no problems with theft, but do suggest you bring
cables, locks, etc., to secure your ATV.
CAMPFIRE: No campfire at Rockhouse Lodge, but you can
have a campfire behind The Depot Lodge, which is located
on the banks of the River.
PETS: Since most guests will be riding the Trails most of the
day, we ask that you LEAVE YOUR PET AT HOME.
